The Paris International Agricultural Show will take place from February 23rd to March 3rd.
As part of this show is organized the General Agricultural Competition, created in 1870, which aims to select and recognise France’s best regional products
The products are submitted to a panel (made up of professionals from the sector, producers, members of the food and wine trades, merchants, distributors and knowledgeable consumers) with a high expertise. The products are awarded on the basis of sensory characteristics and taste. The competition is organized under the control of the State to guarantee its impartiality.
